Brokers are the first point of contact and are able to understand what kind of charter experience you are looking for and yachts for charter to find all available yachts that match your requirements. Using their extensive local knowledge, your broker can then work with the Captain to advise a charter itinerary that is totally unique to you. Should you have questions at any stage of the charter process, your broker will be available to assist.
Once ready to confirm your booking, you will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total charter fee upon signing the Charter Agreement.
One month before the start of your charter, you will pay the remaining 50% of the charter fee plus the APA and any applicable taxes, delivery fees and security deposit.
Ahead of your charter, we will share with you a preference sheet where you will be able to mention all your food preferences or any special dietary requirements, beverages, newspapers, flowers or other special requests or occasions. We will suggest to add all the information as much as possible to better understand your expectations before stepping on board.
On top of the charter fee, you will be requested to pay for the APA or Advanced Provisioning Allowance which represents the expenses for your stay on board and usually includes the fuel, berthing, fees, custom charges, and F&B. There might be some shipping / supply agent fee as well as local taxes but we will be able to advise on all additional charges during the selection of your yacht charter.
